We contacted Laura to transport my husband's new car (2014 Shelby Mustang) from the dealership in Texas to Iowa. She was very thorough in explaining the shipping process and took care of the details. The driver had some truck problems, which led to a late pick-up and delivery, but we still received the car within two days of the quoted delivery and the driver was apologetic. I would definitely contact Laura again if needed.
