As a first time mover, I had no experience in picking or utilizing this service. Motor Movers had excellent customer ratings, so I called to get a quote. Ric was extremely professional and walked me through the whole process. He told me what I should expect and the questions I should ask any mover. I appreciated his honesty and directness. I chose the enclosed option (about $350 more than the open) because it was an Audi A5 and it was during the winter. The driver who picked up the car called me a few days prior to pickup and then again a few hours before pick up. He delivered the car a day early. I was not in town yet, so he delivered it to Motor Movers who inspected and accepted the car. I arrived Saturday afternoon and Ric was there to personally deliver the car to me. They even had the car washed for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a car!!
