Motor Movers did SUCH a good job handling my situation. I hated filling in the pick up and delivery times because it wasn't the fault of Motor Movers that my car arrived MUCH later than planned. When I first called Ric, he was so helpful in making sure that I had a moving company for my car at a good rate. Everything was planned and ready, and then the moving company had called me to say that they couldn't come on the expected date because of weather. Okay, that's fine. So a couple of days later, when they were supposed to come pick up the car, they never called to confirm or anything like that. I ended up calling the moving company and we just kept going around in circles. So, frustrated, I called Ric and I let him know the situation. He also had to go around in circles, and supposedly everything was set to go after he was done (I bet he got dizzy because of the circles). When I called the moving company again, they told me who my driver was, so I called the driver. He had a heavy accent and had told me that he wasn't going by the city that I had inquired about. So confused and still frustrated, I called Ric again. He, AGAIN, intermediated and we figured out EVENTUALLY that the company really wasn't reliable and that he was going to find me a new moving company (and put this company on his blacklist). A day or two later, Ric calls to inform me that he has found another company for the same price and that everything was under control again. The car was finally picked up and dropped off. The car looked great, and the only reason why he was delayed a little was because of stormy weather. And a shoutout to Wally (my driver) because he was able to handle such nasty weather in a very safe and common-sensical manner. I am SO thankful that everything went okay (especially after the pictures he showed me of other trucks on the highways)!! If I EVER have to move a car again I will be calling Ric!!
