The service was very good although there were a few glitches. I requested a pick up Jan 2 and since it was around the Christmas holidays I hadn't head anything for almost week. On Dec 31 Mary called to let me know a carrier (A&M Express Transport) had selected my car for transport. The driver contacted me on Jan 1 for pickup the next day. Well as you might remember, that was the time of the polar express and temps in MI got down to below zero. The diver had trouble getting his truck started but kept in touch with me every day. He finally came on Jan 4 but called me in the morning that day to confirm pick up as I was flying to Phoenix at noon. I told him my son would be the contact when he was ready for pick up. The driver called my son to arrange the pick up. My flight was at noon and he came around 11:30. Since it was such bad weather that week the trip took a day longer than originally scheduled and the car showed up dirty but otherwise in good shape. I didn't mark the rating as dirty because of the crappy weather the driver went thru from MI to AZ so I expected it to be dirty. I also didn't mark the pickup or delivery times as late because of the extreme weather. If every thing had been "normal" weather wise pick up and delivery would have been on time. Over all I'm very satisfied with the overall transport and would definitely recommend them.
