Since this was the first time I had a car transported via auto carrier, I carefully researched the issue prior to making a decision regarding the one that I would use. The internet is full of warnings about the auto transport industry so I paid close attention to reviews and BBB ratings. Since Motor Movers had an excellent BBB rating, it quickly moved to the short list. After speaking with Mary, I was confident that this was a company that I could trust. I found Mary to be very professional and honest throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the industry and process helped me to feel very comfortable and confident that the delivery would be a success. The process was a seamless one with the car arriving undamaged. The quote included an estimated date of arrival and the car arrived within several days of that date (reasonable, I believe, when considering the coast to coast distance involved). I would definitely use this company again if I needed to transport another car.
