The transport driver was a poor communicator and was late reportedly because he was sick. Mary did an excellent job of follow up with us to be sure that everything was handled properly. She even offered to come and meet the transport truck at our house to be sure everything was OK. She was excellent.

I had no problem going to meet the carrier with your wife to make her feel comfortable. sometimes delays and the unexpected do happen but we still like our carriers to stay in contact.
