In a previous post I had expressed frustration with Motor Movers as a result of the carrier that they had contracted to transport my car had damaged the car and left me with a $1000 repair bill. Since that time Laura Curto, with Motor Movers has worked tirelessly in convincing the carrier to repay the cost of damages. This last week we received a final payment from the carrier and are fully reimbursed. I want to thank Laura and recommend her as a reliable and trusted resource. As we all know things don't always go according to plan and its those situations where we find out whether people have integrity or not. Laura Curto does and I thank her:)

I want to thank you for your time and patients in resolving this matter. Sometime things do happen with carriers that we can not prevent, but we will step up and do everything we can to help our customers. I can assure you we will not be using this carrier again, and they have been given a negative rating, so other brokers are aware of how you were treated.
