I was very pleased with my first experience in having to transport a vehicle. Laura told me step by step what would happen. My only disappointment was that I thought I would get a 24 hour notice when the vehicle would be delivered. I was told it would probably be on Wed. Tuesday morning the driver called asking for the exact address, when I asked what time he would be dropping it off he said in an hour and a half. Luckily I was able to meet the carrier so there were no problems. If I ever need to transport a vehicle again Laura will be the first one I call.

We always put in our dispatch notes to call customer the day before and 3-4 hours before delivery, so there are no surprises. This will be addressed with the carrier.
