Once they get your money, they don't care

I DO NOT recommend this company at all. The people appear to be nice just to get your business, but after that they will find just about any company (BBB accredited or not) to transport your car. They will tell you the company has a great reputation and all, but please don't believe them especially if you are inexperienced about the entire auto transporting business. When they eventually find a company and they damage your car when it reaches its destination, they don't care. They will keep telling you its not their fault and will do everything they can to help. They didn't. Through the entire process, they did not respond back to my emails. I had to deal with it myself, which was extremely stressful because the company was not cooperating. In the end, I had to go through my insurance company to get the car repaired and now my insurance company is chasing after them to get their money back. Not very fun. So please do your self a favor and either find a great company through word of mouth or just drive the car yourself to avoid this hassle.

Matthew, I do apologize for this carrier scratching your car. We do screen all carriers as much as possible before dispatching an order. Unfortunately, damage does happen a small percentage of the time. We forwarded the carriers insurance information to you and your mother as soon as we were notified of the scratches on your vehicle. We also have contacted the carrier and asked that they pay this claim immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience and feel we are doing our part in this unfortunate situation. Sincerely Jeff
