I am sorry I went with this company

My order was confirmed on may 20, 2013 by Steven Ram. He seemed very nice over the phone and like he would do everything he could to get my vehicle moving ASAP. It is now June 19, 2013 and my vehicle has still not been picked up! On more than one occasion, I have made phone calls to Steven to check the status of the order and one time it was to change the pick up location in NC. He never seemed annoyed by my calls and appeared to be helpful. However, he was not able to deliver because my car is still waiting to be picked up. He also is not good about returning calls or communicating. He promised me he would call me with more information a few times but then I never received a phone call. I asked him what I could do t get the car moving (change the price? Deliver the car to a more convenient location?) and at this point, I feel like I've been completely forgotten. When Steven answers the phone, he always would say "I'll check with the dispatcher." Unfortunately, most of the time he'd never get back to me and when I got a hold of Steven, he would say, the dispatcher says that there aren't any trucks available for that pickup. He would not add any other information as to how I could get the vehicle moving. You may get lucky and get your vehicle moved a couple of days with them, but that has not been my experience. I think 1 month waiting time for trying to move a vehicle "ASAP" is excessive. I always wonder if these sites have "padded" reviews because all of them are so positive. I just wanted to share my experience because I have not had a good experience with this company.

Steven Ram...steven@motormoversautotransport.com...480.719.7914 Angelo my sincerest apologies that I did not get your vehicle moved. The only time I might have missed your calls is if you did not call during business hours. If I did miss a call during business hours you were always redirected to other customer service personal. When your order was taken you went with a quote lower than I suggested and although we did raise the quote a couple times, it was still lower than the going rate to the central coast in CA, a tough place to get carriers to deliver to. I immediately moved your delivery location to Los Angeles as requested which was only 3 days ago. Again, my utmost apologies. Best regards, Steven
