I contacted Jeff on a late Friday and by the following Tues (before the long memorial weekend) he had my car lined up for pickup. Both pickup and delivery went smooth. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff. I have never shipped a car before and Jeff made this happen on short notice all while keeping me in the loop and answering all my questions and concerns. I would use Jeff's company again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs to ship a car. My car was delivered dirty but I totally expected it where it was going to be travelling in an open truck from coast to coast.
