With this being my first vehicle transport, I didn't know what to expect. I felt like John was very transparent in explaining the process to me, and when a minor hiccup did happen it wasn't a big deal and I wasn't alarmed. Overall it was a very smooth process and I would definitely use them and/or refer them to any friends and family. Thanks again!
