Horrible experience ....

First time buyer at auto auction expecting to be a great experience,but ended up paying around $300 dollars extras on fees cause of this company ;Seconds after purchasing I came cross this company Moto Movers that assured me that my car will be picked up,so I arranged all the paperwork and signed the contract, after speaking with Alice Perry I thought I had everything taking care off but after 2 days no response from her and with the tight schedule that auctions give you to pick up the car I spoke to Alice and she said they were working on my contract, that she will later contact me..To make story short it took almost 7 days and fees accumulating and various calls to her she told me that she couldn't find one trucking company that will take my car.7 Days wasted with no follow ups on her behalf I had to make arrangements with other company while still paying $25 dlls a day cause of their mistake.......

Alice Perry Motor Movers Auto Transport 480-428-1261 Direct Line Jose, Thank you for your review. As I mentioned Vermont to El Paso TX is a hard transport because of several variables. In addition, you were on a very tight budget to get your inoperable vehicle moved. The option that I conveyed during our numerous conversations is to offer more money to the carrier. And as you already are aware, we spent an hour on the phone with the auction house where your car was located to ask for an extension, while you made up your mind if you could offer the carrier a more attractive cost-per-mile to take your inoperable car. To my knowledge your car is still waiting to be transported from VT because of the low cost that you are offering. As I explained, there is a cost-per-mile 'bench mark' that you have to reach, and if you do not or cannot it becomes problematic.
