Mary at Motor movers was very helpful throughout this proccess. I originally attempted to go through 7-star auto transport but that was a total nightmare. The customer service was terrible, they lied to me to sweet talk me into signing up with them, then they left me hanging on the day of pick-up and i didn't hear from anyone for days. I eventually cancelled with them because I was tired of dealing with their lies. To top it off they even tried to charge me a cancellation fee after they presented the worst service I've ever experienced. I switched to motor movers and Mary Winfield was my main contact. She was extremely helpful, kept me informed on the status of the delivery truck, and even helped me out with the fees a bit. Even though the car was picked up a day late and arrived a day late, AND there is some damage to my front fender, all of these problems were presented to me in a timely manner and resolved (damages in the proccess). I understand things can go wrong. That's fine as long as the customer is kept in the loop. Despite the unforseen problems the transporter went through, the experience with motor movers was great and I would deffinitely use them again. 7-star auto transport on the other hand, I wouldn't ask them to ever ship even a beat-up POS because the headache itself wasn't worth the effort.
