I originally contacted A Across USA Auto Transport to move my Toyota van from the West Coast to the East Coast. I didn't realize that they are a broker, not the actual movers. A Across USA has an A+ rating from the BBB. When my move was assigned to Motion Express, I looked them up and found a BBB rating of "F" and this concerned me. However, the broker said they had used them a lot, and I didn't have any clearly better choices, so I decided to go with them.

As it turns out, the car transport turned out fine. The guys at Motion answer their phones (they get an A+ from me for that), they answered questions directly and honestly and made an effort to make sure everything was set up correctly even when I had to change my pickup date at the last minute. The car got there in the promised time (when in fact my household goods, which occupied an entire truck, still haven't arrived) and the drivers were very accommodating when they had trouble finding the address: they called to say they were in the area and I was able to meet them, get my car, which they then drove the remaining 1/4 mile to my address. The car was in exactly the same shape as when I put it on the truck.

I am not sure about the other reviews that had issues with this company; perhaps other drivers that work for them had not been as customer friendly as the guys I worked with. I also can't account for the poor review at BBB. Personally, I would definitely use them again if I needed this service in the future.
