Used this company through a broker. Never heard anything from motion express on the day of pickup. Called my broker within minutes they called me and picked up within a few hours. I made sure I left about a quarter tank of gas. Pick up went well.

When my vehicle was dropped off a few days late. I never received a phone call from them on the day it was supposed to be dropped off. I called the next day and they were confused about my vehicle. They said they would call but never did. Called the next day and said they would drop it off around noon. They showed up at noon, My vehicle was dirty as expected being on a open carrier truck. No damage. Opened it up to start it up to see how it was running. There was a construction bucket some kind of bench seat and a gallon of water in the vehicle and I was below E for gas. I left over a 1/4 of a tank when picked up.

I will never use them again It almost seemed like someone used my vehicle for a job but can't confirm it.
