I provided a 3 day window for pick up of my vehicle and they honored my pick up window and were very flexible with where and how I can meet them for the pick up. Serge gave me a call the day before pick up to confirm time and location. On the day of pick up, Serge called again 30 minutes before our agreed upon pick up time to let me know he and his partner and the carrier would be at the agreed upon location at the agreed upon time. At pick up Serge handled the inspection of my car very thoroughly and made sure we both agreed on its condition before I signed the bill of lading (BOL). Serge was also very organized in providing me with exact details of how long it would take them to transport my car from the west coast to the east coast and when he would contact me to give a status update about exactly when I can expect them to arrive at the delivery destination address. I got the status update call exactly when he said he would call and Serge provided a 1 hour window on the day I can expect my car to be delivered, and he was even nice enough to offer to park the carrier at an appropriate location near my destination address and then drive my car to my destination address for delivery. I had Serge coordinate with a friend for the delivery, and he carried it out very smoothly and professionally. My car was delivered 6 days after my pick up date, which was much earlier than the initial 8-13 day window I was given initially, but I appreciated that it could be delivered earlier. In addition to the calls, we were in constant contact via text messaging and Serge was very much willing and patient to address any questions/concerns that I had about the process. Great guy, great company! Would use/request again for sure!
