Ginger was terrific. She is the only point of contact when setting up the pick-up. I felt comfortable calling her; even with my silly questions. The hauler she used for this job was J.W. Adams (Jimmy). He was great. I've been through this process before and I have never been able to reach the carrier once they had my car. Not Jimmy- he answered my calls. If he wasn't available I left a message and he returned my call in a timely manner. Absolutley the best. Jimmy was also dealing with my elderly Dad; not so easy to deal with. Kudos to Jimmy for his kindness and patience. Even my Dad said he was a "really nice guy". Ginger and Jimmy you were a great team. Thanks so much. If you're looking for a transporter Ginger will take great care to give you a fair price and get the job done within your timeframe. Yes, the car was picked up and delivered on time- also important!
