Ginger and Moonlite Auto are Excellent!

As many others have noted, Ginger and her Moonlite Auto Transport are excellent. From the first moment we spoke with her, we were reassured by her professionalism and her deep knowledge of the industry as well as her warmth and grand sense of humor. We always felt we were dealing with a wonderful person who took great pride in providing the highest possible level of service. In our case, we needed to transport of 2010 Subaru Outback from Concord, MA to Ellensburg, WA. Since we were driving a rental truck across the country, we needed to make sure that the pick up took place in a timely fashion (before we loaded up the rental truck) and that the car was not delivered too early to our destination. Ginger gave us the option of dropping the car off at her place, about an hour away from our place, and we took her up on that: she made sure the car was properly loaded. She also took time to give us a much more detailed explanation of how the car transport industry works than we had heard from any other broker.

There was one minor hiccup, which Ginger immediately took care of. The operator contacted us the day after we left our place to let us know that the car was going to be dropped off a mere three days after it was picked up, which would have been impossible for us. A quick phone call to Ginger immediately resolved the problem: she made sure the car was delivered at a more convenient time, one week later. In fact, the driver delivered the car to the requested location in Ellensburg five minutes early! Ginger clearly has very good working relations with some of the best delivery operators out there, and she is a conscientious and effective advocate for her clients.

Throughout the entire process, Ginger kept us up to date on what was happening, and was always available for our questions and concerns. We have heard so many dreadful stories from friends who have used other brokers in car shipping; we were absolutely delighted with Moonlite. We would give Ginger the highest possible recommendation and will urge all our friends to use her when transporting their vehicles!
