Company was very clear about pick up and drop off times, and explained that exact dates and times cannot be guaranteed (which is understandable). They said to expect the delivery to take 6-11 days. It was delivered in 6. I had to change the drop off location at the last minute which they accommodated at no extra charge. The car was dirty when it arrived, which was beyond their control. I would use Montway again and would recommend them to a friend. Also, their price to relocate my car from the west coast to the east coast was by far the lowest of all quotes I received before choosing them.
