The whole transaction went smooth.The web site was easy to navigate.I checked out the company threw the Better Business Bureau the company had a very good rating.I looked into a lot of different company's before making my choice to go with Montway Auto Transport. Once i had placed my order online I received a email explaining what the next step would be giving me a order numberand phone numbers to contact them. I did make a phone call to them before i placed my order.I like to do this with company's online to see how easy it is to get hold of them and how they come across when I ask them a question.They did answer the phone within a few rings and were very easy to talk to. My car was picked up two days after the earliest pickup date which is what they said could happen that was fine.when the car was picked up the driver checked the car out for dents or dings made note of them and gave me a copy of the report. At the time of pickup the truck driver gave me some what of a time frame when the car would get there.This was January so the weather could play a part. the driver said I could call him along the way to get a better date. I did call him a couple of times and he was able to give me the the time the car got there. he was very easy to deal with. The car arrived in six days which is about what thought it would.I have told a friend about them and they are looking into using them
