I was impressed with the overall ease of service and how easy it was in terms of picking up my car. The guys who came to pick up my car were extremely careful and polite, they could not have made it easier. The driver who was the one who ultimately drove it across the country was very flexible in terms of figuring out where to pick up the car, the only issue being that we had to talk on the phone a few times as I had an extremely hard time understanding him.
