Overall I had a great experience when I interacted directly with Montway Auto Transport. The company that I dealt with that my vehicle was dispatched to in GA, Abdul's Towing, was completely different. The driver and his manager were both extremely rude and told me to stop calling them because "your vehicle will get there when it gets there". I simply called the driver to get a status update and he told me that he left GA 3 days late and his truck broke down so I would not receive my vehicle until 3 days after the day he told me that my vehicle would arrive. When I contacted Montway about this matter they kept apologizing and then began to contact me themselves with updates about the location of my vehicle. My vehicle ended up arriving one day late. I expected the exterior of my vehicle to be dirty, but I didn't expect Steve's dirty hand prints and grease stains all over the leather in my vehicle...very disappointing.

Montway Auto Transport does take every comment and concern from each customer very seriously and the carrier Abdul's Towing has been placed in our permanent "Do not use" list ! We apologies once again that the trucker assigned on this order has ruined your great experience with Montway Auto Transport at the beginning of this transaction!
