Montway did a good job identifying a trucking company to transport our vehicle to our destination. But the truckers delivery schedule was not consistent with our needs, as the vehicle was going to be delivered prior to our arrival. After a less-than-satisgactory experience discussing this with the truckers. I called the Montway agent for assistance. The agent and Montway responded immediately and quickly identified a different trucker whose schedule was perfectly matched with ours. Everything turned out well; and we remain satisfied Montway customers.
