This was the first time we had used Montway, which was recommended to us. There was a bit of a concern when we did not hear about the final arrangements until three days prior (although we were so warned), but after that all of the email communications and phone contacts with the driver were timely and comprehensive. The pickup went flawlessly and the delivery 1300 miles and three days away was right on time. Based on our experience, we will use Montway again and would recommend the company.
