Bad Experience

We used Montway before and had a good experience. This time used them for 2 cars and one of the cars has required service with battery and sensor issues. I noticed it when I started the engine upon arrival and mentioned it to the driver. He got very defensive and denied fault with moving and transporting it. They did arrive on time to pick the cars up and the cost was expensive but we were willing to pay for good service. My car only has 17,000 miles and now scheduled for expensive diagnostic repair.
