Horrible experience and worse communication

This company will give you your worst transportation experience. They do not respond to inquiries and actually lie when they say they will call you back! They sent an update for my delivery 3 days AFTER it was scheduled to be delivered and with an incorrect delivery date. Two different drivers showed up to pick the car up, not knowing it was picked up already. I can't imagine any worse experience unless the vehicle ends up damaged, which would not surprise me at this point. I am requesting a partial refund and filing a complaint with anyone I can.
