Transport from LA to Miami

I have mixed reviews with Montway. They transported my car and it appears to be in good condition so far. The issue I have is that dispatch told me my car would be picked up in the morning of my scheduled day. The driver did not arrive until the evening of the following day which caused me to have to reschedule two flights and also extend my accommodation as I had planned to fly right after my car was picked up. I understand that things can come up with transportation, however, I kept calling to get an update when the driver didn’t show up and could not get any information on when my vehicle would be picked up. The following day after calling again and rescheduling my flight for the second time, was told the driver would pick up the car that morning and again the car was not picked up. The driver eventually came in the evening to pick up the car. The process caused me a lot of anxiety and my neighbor who was on standby and I had to keep rescheduling the pick up time with her which also inconvenienced her for 2 days. Montway did not really do anything to try to resolve this situation especially as I paid over $2000 and the driver ended up requiring more than I was quoted when I booked the service.
