Process was easy. Quoted price accurate. We were flexible with pick up and delivery day. There were last minute changes with delivery. They did call and ask if they could deliver next day and we were fine with that. I did reach out after our car was delivered, our keys were on a new lanyard and when we received our car someone switch the lanyards. My husband was present when car was delivered and didn’t realize. I reached out and was told they would reach out to driver but I never got any feedback. Had pictures of car inside and out but we didn’t think we would need a picture of the lanyard the keys were on. Had to. It a new lanyard in CA because the one that was with our keys was worn.
