Used them to transport a 15yr old car from MN to CA. All worked fine, communication was good and car got picked up as agreed. Arrived in CA and got delivered at night. Looked OK from what I could see, but next day I saw scratches on both sides of the car that hadn't been there before. It's an old car that already had its share of scratches and dents, so I didn't make a fuss. Would use them again, but next time I would not receive the car at night, or if it's a car I care about consider paying for shipping in a box.
