We have never shipped our vehicle, as always drove directly or used Auto Train. I was a bit nervous and not sure just how all the logistics and connection issues would be handled, as described to me by the Coordinator from Montway.. As a further review, I asked my local Naples, FL mechanic to 'check over" the car befoe shipping back to the Boston area. When my mechanic heard that I booked with Montway, his comment "They are the best" as I can tell you horror stories from his experience of his clients using other Transport companies. He said he heard only good about my choice of carriers. The driver (John) called me before the scheduled pickup and all went well. Very happy with the experience and plan to use them again-assuming their pricing remains close to what I paid in June, 2023 when I return ship to Naples, FL in Dec. 2023. Carmen
