Gave one star because I’m still hopeful-paid for guaranteed pickup - car was kept at a local lot for 9 days! Route is east coast-hard to believe there wasn’t a carrier available. No information from them - when i followed lots of inaccurate info ‘it was picked up’ ‘on its way’ ‘possibly tomorrow’ - none of which was true - it’s been 10 days - still being told ‘maybe tomorrow’ as far as I can tell car hasn’t left the original state so I don’t think that’s possible. I get that transport time can fluctuate - but intentionally misleading (maybe incompetence) just creates frustration. PS- no compensation for extra $ for guaranteed pickup, they did pick it up … and then parked it for a 10 days! Maybe another company won’t be able to guarantee a delivery time frame - but look for one with more integrity

To achieve guaranteed pickup on 6/7, your vehicle was picked up by a local carrier on 6/7 and stored until a long-haul driver was available to transport your car to Pennsylvania. Due to the complex nature of logistics, transit and delivery dates are estimated as delays can occur at any time for various reasons.
