I had never shipped a vehicle before but I had heard some pretty awful stories from others who had. So I was very nervous about the entire process. Montway staff were great at communicating and answering all of my questions. They did everything they said they would do and were always responsive. We were on a very tight timeline and things had to go as planned or it would have been a big mess. I called several times with extra questions and they were always great. Everything went exactly as they said it would and it was not a stressful transaction at all. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them!
