I have used Montway on a number of occasions however on the last transport my car was damaged by the carrier. It has been three months and I have still have not been reimbursed for the damage. While Montway does not provide the actual transportation, they are responsible for hiring the carrier and have direct contractual nexus with the carrier. In that regard, Montway has utterly failed to protect me as the end consumer and its client. While I get sporadic emails from Montway, no resolution has of my claim has been achieved.
