Very responsive customer service. Chatline, text notifications, and callback was much appreciated. I had real time up to the minute updates to available shippers, pick up time, and de-conflicting scheduling.
I use service to send my son's truck a thousand miles away in Air Force Training. There were several delays in shipping from shipping vehicle breakdown and calendar conflict. Through it all still done within a week. I was immediately notified and re-assigned another shipper and work out scheduling.
The shipper Flying on Wheels LLC were very professional and allowed me to coordinate details of drop off site. My son was very impressed when he met shipper to pick up his vehicle.
