This was the third car I have transported with Montway Auto Transport. The arrangements for pickup, pricing, and other details were handled professionally with courtesy and friendliness. The carrier drivers were polite, timely, kept me informed of pickup and delivery options with pickup and delivery sites convenient to both me and the receiving party. When I asked about sending items in the vehicles, I was allowed to send interior contents that were below the car windows or in the trunk which was helpful. A big screen TV was shipped to a college student, another car contained bulky winter clothing and bedding. At carrier loading I received a paper document showing every existing scratch, dent, or mark on the vehicle with photos sent to my email as further documentation of existing issues. All three cars were picked up as agreed via phone calls. All cars were delivered in great condition and on time - two were even a day earlier than promised initially! I highly recommend this company that provides excellent customer service with competitive pricing and delivery times.
