Horrible. Lost my car For 4 days with no communication from the driver. Drive

Horrible. Lost my car For 4 days with no communication from the driver. Driver would not call back or answer phone. Came close to reporting it stolen. Called customer service 8 times with a promise of a status update. Not once was I called back. When you leave your number for a call back due to high volumes of calls, it would ring back once, hang up and then you get message saying sorry we missed your call. Someone is messing with the rating numbers because I?m positive they should be closer to a 1 star

Please note our representatives reached out repeatedly to the driver for an update and unfortunately didn't hear back from the driver until days later.
