Worst company ever

Took 2 weeks to get my vehicle from Oregon to Virginia. I could have driven it back and fourth twice in this amount of time. Driver was 4 days late because their truck broke down. Customer service was awful. Transportation company customer service was rude and condescending (though the driver was super nice). I paid $2000 and they gave me an $80 credit back for it being late, when it cost me about $300 to do transportation services because it was late. Oh and when I finally get my car, the parking break is broken, and the horn doesn't work. If I could go back and just drive my car, I would. This company is awful. All of their good reviews are fake!

There are many factors that can change schedules outside anyone's control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific transit or delivery times for standard shipments.
