They are making us drive over half an hour to get to our vehicle. Apparently their hauler couldn't possibly make it down a STANDARD road so door to door delivery is absolutely out of the question because they shouldn't ever be able to deliver a vehicle. Absolutely no warning, they did not work with us or give us any discount. Do not let them fool you. Read the fine print and double check what kind of hauler they are getting. Completely screwed us and will not refund or discount us they additional cost we now have to pay to take an Uber to get to the damn car.
