I contacted Montway Auto to have a car shipped from Fl to Ny. The payment was made in full. The hired agency called me ONE time with no voicemail left. After I never heard anything about the pick up and it was past the estimated pick up date, I reached out to find out that previous call was supposed to be a pick up attempt. Finally after 2 more days and numerous calls the car was picked up. I was only made aware of this second pick up 30 minutes prior to the time the guy arrived. The car took 3 days longer than the time frame that was provided for delivery. Upon the long awaited delivery, the driver REFUSED to release the car stating that the last half of the payment was due. It was not as the total was paid in full. So while the car was being held hostage I had to leave me job to contact Montway and have them resolve the issue which took about 40 minutes. After freeing my car with no more money given, and obviously no tip, they had the nerve to send an email letting me know the car would be picked up and then another email stating it was delivered. This company is trash. Stay away. If you need your car in a timely manner then look elsewhere. If you are okay with mediocre service and no communication pick Montway.

Carriers do their best to provide on-time pickups and deliveries despite the many factors outside their control. Drivers work with complex logistics and many operational procedures they have to follow. Due to this, we provide estimated dates/times for shipments as outlined in your confirmation email and our website. Please see our website at https://www.montway.com/ for full details. Unfortunately, it seems there was a technical issue with the app that the driver was using for this shipment. Which displayed some information incorrectly. We've forwarded this feedback to the carrier and will discuss the issues with them to prevent such situations from occurring again in the future. I apologize for the confusion this created.
