Pickup time was on 11/23. The driver phoned at 4 p.m. to say he was 2-3 hours away but didn't arrive for 5-1/2 hours. He said he's deliver the car by 11/30 but didn't arrive until 12/3. I had to phone the driver on 11/30 to see where he was and when the car would get to my daughter. Better communication from the driver would alleviate the anxiety of waiting and not knowing.
