The process of setting this up was very easy. I only gave 4 stars because I was given a guaranteed window of two days for pick up and had explained the need for the second day to be earlier in the day as I had a flight out that afternoon. I was assured that this would be passed on to driver and would not be a problem at all (by multiple people). I ended up having to change a flight since the original pick up time was before lunch and ended up at 5:30pm instead. The driver was awesome and the car was well cared for and arrived in perfect condition. I will absolutely use them again, but will make sure there aren’t any time constraints next time.
