The service was easy to schedule. The process went according to plan. Montway is a broker company that sends out the work to delivery companies based on location and timing of the delivery at each end of the process. The payment is a base fee to Montway and then either cash or a cashier's check given directly to the driver when the car is delivered. I would prefer one payment to one company as I had no relationship with the actually delivery service, but I did have dispatcher contact and the name of the driver. The only part of the process that didn't work so well was notification on a Saturday night just before 11:00 PM that I was supposed to pick up the car in Virginia first thing in the morning on Sunday (I live in Washington, DC where auto trucks are not allowed). Unfortunately it was not the driver who called me so it did not alert me as it was after I had retired for the night. Also, I did not get a heads up to expect to arrange a pick-up on a Sunday morning or I would have made arrangements in advance and been ready to do so. Once I realized what was going on and that the car had arrived, we finally worked out the end point delivery. The driver was accommodating and professional. Although the car had a bit of dust/dirt from the cross country trip on the truck it was delivered as expected. Yes, I would use Montway again because they obviously have a seasoned team of companies and drivers that they work with. The price was firm and the overall experience very good.
