I can’t say I had a great experience with them. I called to ask if they had an update on a driver being assigned to my pickup since it had been four days and they auction started charging me on the 5 day. I understood they worked on a 3-5 day business pickup and I was just concerned as to not be charged by the auction house, which I was on the fifth day. The customer service representative that answered my call must have been having a bad day or needed NOT be in the service industry, when I inquired about the pickup, she stated ‘’Well it says 3-5 days and it’s not even the fifth day YET.’’ I just said ‘’Ma’am you were of NO assistance to me’’ and hung up and went on with my day. They did however get it picked up on the fifth day and even delivered it 2 days sooner then they had stated when they picked it up and called to stated it would be delivered on Saturday which was 4 days away. I got a call from the driver 1 hour before his arrival 2 days earlier than they told me. What if I had not been in town? Was I suppose to stay home for 4 days or expect it on the day I was told and be home that day? So the bottom line it I did get my car and the driver was was very friendly and did an excellent job, the lack of communication from anyone from there is hard to come by.
