Bottom line is that they have terrible service, they will take your money, they will not arrange for your transport until the last minute, they won't provide updates and your car will not get there in the time promised. I paid double after I factored in two weeks of car rentals. It was 3 months from the date I signed the contract until my car arrived in HI from CT. They try to hide behind a contract full of disclaimers and blame the delay on their subcontractors, when in fact, they were fully to blame.

Montway is a broker and contracts motor carriers vetted through our 20+ point inspection process to transport customer shipments. At no point does Montway subcontract anything for the services it offers as we are a property broker, not a motor carrier. All shipments are subject to our terms and conditions. Which we provide in our emails and on our website at https://www.montway.com/terms-and-conditions. In which we specifically state that all dates are estimated. This is especially true with ocean shipments for vehicles. Which are subject to even more limitations and restrictions.
