It was great service when they got someone to come pickup the vehicles. The problem was getting someone in the week we requested. They wanted to ship a week earlier or a week later which did t work for us. A week earlier meant no vehicle for an additional week. The week after was when we were already gone from Missouri and I. Hawaii. Once they picked up the vehicles at the designated week the service was outstanding. They arrived in Lon beach 12 hours early and in Kauai a week ahead of projected date.

Thank you for the review, James. Auto logistics is quite limited in comparison to other fields such as package delivery. And in general, does not have near as much flexibility most of the time. Due to this, we provide a general range of dates on what can be done. We'll always do our best to make things work. But it's important we're transparent on the realities of auto shipping as well. We're happy we could make this work for you and provide outstanding service.
