Fantastic Experience - Great with EVs

We shipped our 2019 Chevy Bolt via enclosed transport from Texas to Seattle. The experience was fantastic all the way. The dispatcher and driver were both very professional. We received a call to make sure all of the details were correct a week in advance and calls letting us know the day before pickup and drop off. Our drop off location was a little out of the way and we were at a hotel closer to in, so we were able to work our a different drop off location with the driver closer to the hotel the day of drop off because it was more convenient for both of us. That flexibility saved everyone a lot of time and hassle. The car was in perfect condition when it was dropped off. It was a little dirtier than when we started because even in the enclosed transport it had been shipped under a vehicle, but dirt washes off. The lack of any damage was key for us. Finally, both the dispatcher and driver were familiar with transporting EVs and had some particular instructions (like making sure it was at 80% charge just in case) that were helpful. Overall, this was a top-notch experience.
