Was told my truck would be delivered on a certain 3 day period, made a cross country trip, cut trip short to be sure I was at final destination. Called Montway day before truck to was to be delivered, was told truck had not been picked up when told it would be. Truck was delivered 1 week later. Was never advised of the delay. Contacted Montway, was advised the only thing they could do was a restaurant gift card. Spoke with supervisor who refunded $100 and supplied me with a restaurant card. The card was an app on the computer. 2 restaurants within 30 min of me, all others were over 2 hour away. For the amount I spent, I was not satisfied.
