Misrepresented pickup 2 times. Seller took off work to meet them and they never showed with no calls to seller as agreed. Called 3 times Friday and asked to hold for next available. Called and gave credit card last Saturday. Was told they would deliver Wed. afternoon or Thursday morning. Did not. Said they would pick up Friday by 6 and deliver Saturday morning. NOT! I used profanity and yelled at them. Apologized twice. Enough of this misrepresentation. Calling Master Card next. They did not fulfill their legal obligation. Never had this problem before with reputable carriers.

Hello, we're sorry to hear the service did not meet your expectations. From what we can see, this was only dispatched once and that is when dates were provided. Unfortunately, the driver's daughter broke her leg, and pickup needed to be pushed back to the following week. This was explained to you in detail.
