Terrible experience

They need to screen the transportation companies better they work with. terrible experience. Then keep sending me stupid emails for a week that I have explained multiple times about their carrier losing the keys to the vehicle. I put a claim in and that doesn't work. Had to pay a locksmith $62 to come open my gas tank since that was on the same keyring they lost which has an ignition key, doors key, and gas tank key.

Hello, we're sorry to hear of the inconvenience with the shipment. We work hard to vet every carrier that we work with to ensure professional and top-quality service. We advise all customers on our website and at booking that personal items are placed inside the vehicle at the customer's own risk. The interior of the vehicle nor the items inside the vehicle are inventoried or inspected as this is not a requirement for vehicle transportation. Per the driver, they handed the key to the vehicle over at the delivery and official documentation was signed indicating there was no issue with the shipment. Due to this, there is no way to prove that the driver ever had the indicated keyring in their possession during transport. Take note that auto transporters make frequent stops during transport and are subject to official inspections by road authority personnel while in transport.
